I previously wrote good reviews for my Amelia 3 seater sofa and for the magic fabric. After these reviews (still present in the testimonials) I have been subjected to threats and harassment by the Belle Fierte customer service. I paid for shipping as well as 2 man delivery fee of £120 for my sofas but after writing good reviews for my sofa I was asked to pay another £120. When I refused to pay this £120 as I was never informed of it before the delivery. I never ordered or agreed to paying this amount before delivery but the Belle fierte team have been threatening to report me to the credit default services and harassing to pay the amount “today” or the payment will increase from the day after. Disgusted by this behaviour. I’m asking your team to remove my 5 star reviews from your website.

Terrible website. Drop down colour list for sofa doesn't show any colours and apparently they're not supposed to even show the actual sofa in the colours you're checking. What's the point? Whose going to spend 2 grand without knowing. Did Tell support they should change this but she really tried to help.
