Awkward to get into not plus size friendly (I’m 45”hip 34”waist) and it got in the way depth wise when doing bridges. I tried to use the return process and it sent me to a concrete us link which I’ve yet to receive a response from

Not for Heavy Weight
If you’re looking to tone up and build a little bit of strength, this product is fine. If you’re looking to build real volume, stick with the barbell and plates. This device can’t handle big weight. I was excited about it, but when you put 50lbs dumbbells on each side, the band can’t stabilize them well enough to to make it worth your time. Big disappointment.

I saw the ads and I thought I give it a try was very disappointed with it nothing what I expected. Been using it to break it in since I got it still very uncomfortable and hard. Hard as in the material uncomfortable when putting it on your back down your shoulders very uncomfortable would not recommend it

I’m in love with this product and was so excited when I found out they finally ship to Canada! I was so close to buying a squat bar until I came across this! For a great price this product is so worth it!! My glutes have never been so sore and my hips don’t hurt!! It’s definitely a game changer for the glutes and the velcro is also verrry strong so it can hold a lot! This is a must for everyone I highly recommend!!

No More Bruised Hips!!
I had the pleasure of running into one of your reps (Danna) using the belt and had to get my own! My hips are a trouble area for me and a little hard to do certain workouts because of my boney hip bones. I was leaving the gym with almost softball sized bruises from various bars and machines and wasn’t really working the targeted area. This belt has/will drastically change my workouts and help me strengthen my hips and help my stability issues at my hips. This belt is a complete game changer! It’s a must have piece of equipment for all body types and fitness levels if you ask me!!
