Everything was well packed in the box and secure. Being able to track the package though was quite difficult when the tracking number wasn't sent out. I just had to wait till it came without knowing when it was going to arrive.

I mean you guys did what I asked I bought a product and you sent it, your customer service was ok got back to me after 2-3 days after I asked a query via email, your Social media sites do not appear to have anyone monitoring them as still waiting for a response from over a week ago. delivery was slow would have expected next day delivery but took almost a week. for a company that is clearly trying to go down the line sneak have done by using their old slogan and changing to your own WEareBeem I would have hoped you would have done your homework and actually made a product that is on par or better but sadly your product fell well under the bar IMO. will NOT recommend, the rest of it is going in the bin, I wouldn't even attempt to give this to someone as they would find it insulting! ill keep the shaker tho!
