I ordered the Jaico moisture recovery 1 Litre shampoo and conditioner pack. It took 6 working days, over 1 week, 3 emails and 1 call to get it sent. Then upon receipt of my order I was sent the wrong product you sent Hyra Splash shampoos and conditioner instead. I sincerely hope it will not take 6 working days, over 1 week, 3 emails and 1 call to get this sorted. DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS. I will never use your company again once this is sorted. I really hope I do not receive the same treatment as others leaving reviews below

Not a happy customer with this product, I received this in the mail 2 weeks ago. I only opened this package up 2 days ago to find the shampoo has a clear type lid, when I checked other sites selling this shampoo, all lids are black. When I used this shampoo it smelt disgusting, it smelt like seaweed, its got a bad smell, I cannot use this product. I checked other sites, to see what colour liquid and the liquid in my bottle doesn't appear to be the same colour. I not a happy customer at all. I'm just reading your reviews, and it doesn't appear your not a good business to purchase from at all. Very sad.

They do not honour their refund policy. Their workers are extremely rude and they wont help if you have a problem. Shady business.

Not happy with this company at all. I ordered a litre of Shampoo - It took 2 weeks to arrive. When opened I realised they had sent Conditioner instead. I called them to let them know their mistake and instead of them sending out the right product they insisted that I send them photos, then expected me to repackage the wrong package and trudge to the post office to return it. They refused to send the correct goods until they got the conditioner back. Wish I could give zero stars! Will never use this company again.

This company have a true understanding of what customer service is, which is very rare in these times. Well Done!
