Love this stuff. So much better than all the high sugar products out there. Always have a packet in my work bag, gym bag, suitcase. You never know when you'll need the extra hydration!

If I were to rely solely on normal water to keep me hydrated I could die. With basis I can keep my essential electrolytes levels high, so I don't die. Basis saves lives, and it's delicious.

After a long run, ride, or just when I am feeling dead due to dehydration, Basis saves the day! Basis always rehydrates me faster than water and tastes better too. If you don’t buy it then you’re doing something wrong.

My wife and I have been drinking Basis for years and we love it. We always keep some on hand for post-workout recovery, working outdoors in the heat, whenever one of us gets sick, the list goes on and on.

I have been drinking basis since December 2019 and I love it. I chose this product because I have an autonomic condition that requires I stay hydrated. Other sports drinks had way too much sugar and water alone was flushing out the necessary salt/sugar electrolyte balance. I am really happy that they use real sugar as I do not like the taste of stevia. I drink one bottle daily and would recommend it to everyone.
