I did call and spoke to a woman named Jill, she really took time to explain how to setup my plan and gave me some personalized tips. I was expecting her to try to sell me something, but she only suggested a few other items to consider in the future. it was great and I highly recommend. By the way I have called her as a followup with some questions and I had the same great experience.

really cool product mix - I had tried the stress reducer multivitamin, and really liked the quality and vibe at BalanceDiet. I bought this Beach Body kit originally for my son. He was away when it arrived, and I looked at the contents, and decided to try the infused water bottle for myself. Then I tried the multivitamin. By the weekend I was on the program myself and I ordered a second kit for my son. He is not also doing the program, also my husband. We are each taking different amounts of the fat burner, and my husband is combining it with his crossfire workouts. My son and I are vegetarian, so it really is very complimentary also to our routine. This far I have lost only 5-6 pounds, but I have to say the results have been impressive - I am getting a lot of reaction from my friends - I think maybe I am overall just feeling better

I eat one of these bad boys every day before I go workout.The only flavor I have tried is the peanut butter and chocolate. I know you guys have other flavors, but this one is so good, I don't want to risk not liking another one as much. But seriously, the protein in it versus the carbs and calories is one of the best I've found. It doesn't taste like a healthy bar, but it is. I love the fact that your company goes to extremes to make sure quality, wholesome ingredients are used.

I was recommended to try the Female Support by the girl who answers the 800 number. I didn't call because I needed to lose weight, but because I have tried everything on the market for my hot flashes. I saw a product on the store for women so I asked her about it. She encouraged me to give it a try, along with their fish oil. I took it and in about 8 days, my hot flashes had subsided. I don't know why this combination works, but it does. Thank you! I'm telling all my girlfriends about it...do you all have a frequent shopper card or referral card :)

One of my greatest frustrations in trying to eat and snack and supplement in the healthiest way is having to go from store to store. I love that you have supplements and snacks here all in one place. I would love to see an "If you like ______bars, you would like_____." It's just hard to pick, first of all, because of your selection (which is a great problem). But also, I kind of have a go-to snack for post workout. To go through the process of ordering, having it shipped, it would be nice to have a little extra reference point on the products...especially the snacks! Other than that, I'm addicted to your products! Prices are great, too :)

Hats off to your company for excellent products and now, this ordering site. I am currently using several of your supplements and snacks. At the recommendation of one of your Lifestyle Consultants, I began using fish oil to help with hot flashes. I was very skeptical at first, but it worked! Because of a previous stroke and other health issues, I cannot take hormones for hot flashes. So she suggested I take a certain amount of fish oils each day, balancing between a high EPA and DHA and from day 1, huge difference. Your fish oil is high in EPA so I have to purchase the higher DHA somewhere else, but it works.I also take the Slimberry Burn. I have to be honest, the caffeine in it does bother me if I take it late in the day, so I just take two a day, breakfast and lunch. I also LOVE your Proti-Bars and Proti-Shakes. My only suggestion is maybe offering a frequent buyer reward system?
