I was sad, I received used boots. Have a lot more pictures but . . . . for compensation they gave me an email coupon for my next pair but it is not applicable on boots that are on sale. So if I want to use my coupon I have to spend even more money instead of them giving me a portion of my money back. Extremely disappointed.
