Also one time my order was accidentally forgotten so I received a full refund and all of my order free with heaps of samples to try too and a formal apology email i was extremely pleased and greatful ❤️

shipping was a bit annoying, bought express so expected to get it 1-4 days, took probably 8 days? $15 for express too
