More than a month and haven’t received my order. Written 5 emails and no response. No refund too. Please be careful.

Extremely Poor service. Ordered a pair of slippers on July 12 and now August 1 and still have not received it. There is no tracking tools on the Austich site to assist with locating my order. Sent 2 email inquiries via their contact us page on Austrich site about my order. Did not receive any respond. Not even an auto acknowledgement that Austrich has received my inquiries. FB page have not been updated in 2 years. Company address is a share workspace not a company address. No contact number. Not sure whether this is a real company or a scam. Good luck if to anyone who wishes for a refund.

This was my second purchase, but still the same - post office delivery didn't even try to deliver at my address. On both occasions, they were delivered straight to the nearest post office, eg Leppington Post Office. On the day of the deliveries, we were home and no one tried to deliver at our home address.
