Rob is always first class and a pleasure to do business with. The Tecnodec was shipped quickly and arrived double boxed. I always come to Rob first for all my audio needs. The Tecnodec is a beautiful piece of engineering and exactly what I was looking for upgrading from my VPI Traveler II turntable. Simple, clean, and easy to setup. First needle drop was reassuring to know this is what I wanted.

I do not do a lot of ++ reviews, but Rob is a genuinely great person who cares about his clientele. My most recent purchase from Rob was the Sonnet Hermes streamer after owning a Sonnet Morpheus DAC sourced from him. Rob takes care of his customers and is quite responsive. He will freely admit when he does not have first hand knowledge or experience, rather than make up an answer to produce a sale. I wanted to run my Hermes in I2S to the Morpheus and Rob walked me through the process of decommissioning and removing the USB board to install the new I2S board. Great service and patience. BTW - if you have a Sonnet Morpheus, the addition of the Hermes in I2S made a substantially noticeable improvement in the SOTM units and Aurelic Vega with ABU/AES input to the Morpheus. Faster, better micro-detail, more separation, better all around sound. I am enjoying this thoroughly. Thanks Audio Art and Rob. I purchased the Musician Pegasus, and I wanted to make sure it was in stock before finalizing the sale. I called and Rob picked it up and confirmed it was in stock. It shipped the same day and I received it the next working day.

Rob, fantastic products. Journey began with the SC-5SE Speaker Wire. Wonderful job resolving everything from jazz to rock. Very natural highs, wonderful mids and mid/low bass. Added the matching Jumpers which added greater musicality and control to the mid/low bass. The wires were a wonderful update to my system. Then, I ordered the IC-3SE2's interconnects between my DAC to Pre and pre to mono's. Well, what happened was unexpected. I take every opportunity to go hear live music as there is no better way (IMO) to enjoy music than hearing it live. Adding the IC3-SE2's and playing my favorite live recordings created the same emotional connection and excitement as being there. I didn't think that was possible. The Synergy between the audioart cables created something truly unexpected.....an emotional connection I previously only felt attending live performances. Bravo, Rob.
