when I opened the box the shoe shine container was cracked on the bottom and leaking in the bag. I called customer service and the women that answered my call told me to box it up and put our return sticker on and ship it back at my cost. I bought your shoes in amsterdam before you could buy them in the US. I have been a customer for a very long time and never seen anything like this before! I really hope this is not your NEW way of doing business! The shipping cost is more then your self shine in cheep containers! what happened to the good old oil sponge? That lasted for years. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU ECCO!

The zipper would not close all the way & so they were returned. Now out of stock til end of April is what I was told. Went on their website today & looks like they are back in stock...prolly not gonna re-order. The first time I ordered, they sent me the completely wrong shoe - that had to go back as well. Not great ! red
