I did not receive my oil in the mail. However as soon as I contacted them I got a personal email which explained they were sorry and would send a new one right away. I was very impressed with not only how fast I got a response but how polite they were, and sent a new one.

I was lucky enough to try some of the pheromones. Not only do they smell absolutely amazing (no cloying or annoying scents) but they last the whole day unlike many other products. Received it quickly, packaged with care for the fact that there is glass in there. Once my current supply is getting low, I am going to return to here..unless something else catches my eye before that.
