TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My experience was an absolute failure 😞 I oredered a cake for my sister,s big birthday the driver was not able to contact thru the number given …But was given my email and phone number to contact and was not used therefore the cake was dropped off downtown to someone else who wasn’t supposed to receive the order. Therefore I called Charlotte’s Flowers and they saved the day ! I will not be using ARRANGE IT in the future !
