It took about a week and a half. I also have no idea about their return policy, I would definitely suggest looking into that thoroughly. I hope it's lenient as for me it takes about a month at least to see if products work for me. I bought some of these products a few years back and I thought they worked pretty good but I guess my skin is more sensitive than it was or I had a better regimen then. The one thing I do think these products are good for is a deep clean about once a week or so. Also from when I bought these products from before until now it doesn't seem that they have any improved formulas, esp. some for those with comedogenic skin or malassezia folliculitis issues.
