I am a hobby boxer and have been working on the classic punching bag for 20 years. now with an aqua bag I can clearly feel the difference, uppercuts and hooks are much better possible. The wrists are spared. it brings a lot more fun to work with the aqua bag. A great one alternative to the classic punching bag
