This is the most complete crossbody bag I've ever found. It has several credit card slots in a zippered compartment on the front of the bag along with room for a matching wallet. The main compartment has slip pockets for glasses/sunglasses and phone and a zippered pocket for lip gloss and other incidental items. Under the slip pockets there's room for my travel Kleenex packs and hand sanitizer wipes. I like this bag so much I bought four of them in seasonal colors along with matching wallets. The leather is super soft and comfortable to carry, under arm or over the shoulder.

I originally purchased the Austin Should Bag at Marshall's and fell in love with it. The feel and that real leather smell just melted me over. I then went to the website and had to buy another. This newer bag, I love the feel, once again and the colors are vibrant, just the perfect size, and ohh THAT LEATHER SMELL

I had earlier left a one star review for fees that were charged by FedEx Canada. I had placed 2 orders and was charged twice for fees. Roxane from customer service was awesome in dealing with this matter. After multiple communications by email the matter was resolved with a refund of fees charged by FedEx Canada.
