I purchased one of the bamboo cutting boards as a wedding gift for my niece. It arrived within a week of ordering it and I am very impressed with the quality of the board and the engraving. I'm sure the newlyweds will love it! In fact, I was so impressed that I just went in and purchased two of the bottle openers to use as Christmas gifts for my children! Great job and great service!

I ordered a gift on May 30, 2015 and it only just arrived on July 6th. I know that personal engraving can take longer than most projects, but this was too much for me.

For the 4th time since the company continues to take it down, I purchased a cutting board on 6/1, it was to be shipped on 6/9. It is now 6/25 and I still do not have a cutting board or refund. I have contacted this company and they provided me a tracking number. The tracking number shows it is still in Orem, UT. The company said it was shipped and needed to talk to USPS. I contacted them and they informed me that there was a label made that generated a tracking number but the product was never shipped. I do not advise anyone to purchase from this company. They do not contact you or return your emails.
