I was really impressed with the patience and helpfulness of the staff (hats off to you, Kyle) at the Fyshwick store. I walked in with no knowledge and pretty vague ideas and walked out with a short-list of some really good options. Nothing was too much trouble, I didn't feel pushed or patronised, and all of my questions were answered with politeness and professionalism. When I asked about something that wasn't currently in stock, the requisite phone call was made on the spot. Sorry...but I'm just not used to this level of service in Canberra!

I would like to let you know how amazing the staff are at your Kellyville store. I have visited this store about 5 times now as we have been renovating our bathroom. Each and every occasion I have been greeted by LOVELY team members. I always arrived frazzled and with a 4 year old and 6 month old (every shops worst nightmare, I'm sure.) The staff are amazing with my daughter and talk to her with respect and kindness. They have helped us select our tiles, took into consideration our needs and called when they arrived. They never harassed me when I took more than 3 weeks to collect them and when I did arrive the collection was smooth. Our tiler needed a few more tiles, I called in a flap, they calmed me, we ordered another box, they arrived the next day. AWESOME! May I please express my gratitude and thanks to your staff at the store. DANIEL is so lovely, helpful and kind, even making it a priority to match the batch numbers so my finished result would be faultless. OWEN is professional, exceptional with my children and helps create a great vibe in your store. There was also another (older) gentleman in your store who helped track my order and source the new box of tiles which was very helpful. Thank you so much for this excellent shopping experience. Your Kellyville store is a fabulous example of exceptional customer service and you product has been fantastic. Looking forward to using your brand many more times, especially if all of your stores are this wonderful.
