Love the new adaptogens in the Alpen lineup! I have tried the chaga and now the lions mane. They’re both great but I had heard such good things about lions mane helping people with chemical sensitivities I was super stoked when I got to try it! Hoping it helps my blood brain barrier repair itself for a long and happy life. I add it to coffee and smoothies mostly but I’m sure there are endless ways to incorporate this goodness into your diet. 10 out of 10 I would DEFINITELY recommend.
