service was excellent, price was the best i could find, and the product was exactly as needed. only thing a bit odd was these were augur screws as shown in the picture, but augur was not in the description, which led me to wonder about it. But the picture was accurate, it was an augur point, which is what i wanted. Ian Allen very responsive if you think you have a problem. only thing that might have been a problem is the USPS tracker showed delivery before it actually was delivered but a few hours later it showed up so no prob there.
