These are pretty good. They get here fast and they are really convenient to take. I'm having one in the morning and another in the evening, for the last 5 or 6 weeks now. Managed to accidentally lose 5 pounds somewhere! 😊

This bone broth is awesome. . . I've only tried the mushroom flavor so far when I made some ramen. I love the flavor which is rich and creamy. I also love that I am able to carry it in my purse so I can have it as a snack when I work nights.
