I love the quality, size and versatility in these products! Battery life is fantastic, it's lightweight for the dog, attaches to any collar, and is very durable. The app is very easy to use and it's fantastic that the GPS offers so many ways to customize your tracker. With just a couple clicks, you can change the settings to either conserve battery life of the device (for times when you don't need it for real-time tracking) or be real-time tracking responsive. The tracking device even works with a surprising degree of accuracy in remote locations far away from cellular service and has no problem keeping up with a water-loving dog! Customer service has been incredibly helpful and very responsive when I've needed them too! I've been very happy with this tracking device and have real peace-of-mind in the event my dog and I become separated while hiking. Highly recommend!

Just received my device after my wife bought it on QVC. I originally wanted it for my dog (Larry), and it worked great for tracking while my neighbor's son took him for walks. It was fun to see the app track his progress around the block, and I was able to change how often it reported his progress. Gave me peace of mind that Larry didn't run off. I also used it on my luggage when I traveled down to San Diego as well, and it was really fun seeing a notification pop up when my bag was being taken off the plane. This device is small and has a ton of different uses. I love that it's rechargeable as well. I would highly recommend this! DP
