As am living in a remote area my only contact with Found Sound was via the website and phone. When speaking via phone, the staff were absolutely top notch and provided brilliant service but best of all, they were more than happy to "talk a deal" with the Washburn HB35. We settled on a price that I was happy with, paid and waited for the delivery to arrive. Due to my location I expected a delay, not so as I had the guitar within a week or so. When received I was not disappointed, yes not new but in fantastic condition. After just one gig, the axe quickly became a keeper but as much I'd like to perform with it regularly, the guitar has been assigned to the studio as, IMHO, it is way to good to be exposed to the constant dangers out in the gigging world. Especially on a blistering hot, dusty trip out doing bush gigs. Besides, I've other guitars for those types of knock around gigs. Sorry, I digress. From my phone calls with and in dealing with them, I highly recommend Found Sound. They sure looked after me and look forward to "talking more deals" with them in the future.
