Service was top notch! My first order was the PSU tote. When I did not receive the tote I notified the company via email. Abby responded immediately. Apparently my tote was lost in transit and I was sent a replacement. Abby then followed up to ensure I received the replacement tote. I have since ordered clothing which I received (and loved) without issues. Will definitely continue to order in the future.
