Not seeing much if any improvement. Going to try for another month and if no progress give up on this. Was really hoping this would not be another waste of money.

I find the site very helpful, and Ryan is hopeful for everyone. Received my starter kit, but for now, just after a week, my symptoms have become more pronounced, hopefully it's just a reaction to the herbs. Time will tell.

I believe it worked well but I lost mine in my house fire:(
