Superb assistance from the ladies on the phone. I was in a real pickle and they managed to contact the producers of the part, UV Light bulb, and had it customised so as to fit the old bit of kit I had. (And not charging me an arm and a leg for it) Top marks! Would seriously recommend them - and will be leaving their contact details for the next owner of our house.

Really helpful service from the moment the phone is answered by the very pleasant and helpful ladies who then directed me to Paul in the Technical Department. Paul then very carefully guided me through the process of how to remove the old Resin and install the new, which I was having difficulty with. I purchase the new Resin from them and it was shipped the same day. I cannot recommend them highly enough - Thank you.

Very difficult website to navigate. Gave up trying to find parts for my Wrekin eco ultra high [performance water softener. Pages are hidden behind /below other pages making it very difficult to find anything
