We ordered a product that did not meet our expectations, and I sent a message to Pangaea Patio describing the issue. I was stunned to get a phone call less than an hour later with apologies and an offer for a refund. Based on my description of the product, which was new to Pangaea Patio, they even decided to stop selling it and removed it from their website. I was blown away by the kindness and care I was shown. It is truly rare at this point in time. I really can't say too many good things about the customer service. Thank you to the owner and staff!
