Purchased this recently from 3d printer superstore, the people there were very friendly, down to earth and easy to deal with. Couldn't help but jump on the great value the q2 presented with its chamber heater, ideal for some high temp filaments, and larger build volume over other much pricier machines such as the x1c and prusa core one. Untuned, Out of the box, the print quality blew me away, and i was very surprised how nice its prints looked without doing any belt tuning, especially compared to more much more premium printers ive used such as the h2d. The printer also seems very stable, unlike alot of other top heavy non flying gantry corexy machines that tend to vibrate and shake with fast movements, this printer just seemed more rigid in all the right places. Did have a minor weight sensor error, which didnt affect the printers operation, but qidi support were exceptional to deal with and shipped me a whole new hotend very fast. Having owned and used many different brands throughout the years, this was my first Qidi printer and from the intial and easy unboxing it has been by far the best and most confidence inspiring new 3d printer experience i've had.

Absolutely new to 3D printing and did not know why different consumables. So off I trotted to the store and was given an understanding about what the differences are. I also took the advice and bought a couple of additions items which has stopped misprints. Highly recommend buying all your gear from here. David G

I have purchased the FlashForge Dreamer and I am very happy with it. It's a steep learning curve but I like the challenge. It is more than I expected. I run my own business and know how vital customer service is and I am truly impressed, 3D Superstore's response to my every concerned is prompt and courteous and with interest. Its is very encouraging to see how they treat their customers after a sale is as dedicated and personal as before they have my money. Hats off to you and thank you for getting me launched into this new field and that with a positive experience.

Just received my Da Vinci AiO Printer & Scanner from 3Dprintersuperstore and I'm loving it. Whilst not completely useless, I'm not the most technical guy in the world either, but I had it out of the box, and printing in no time at all. I'm hooked now. I actually look forward to going to work just so I can print something while I work. Still yet to play with the scanner properly (had mixed results) but the printer and the software are just so easy to use. And the guys at 3Dprinterstore were very helpful in answering my endless questions. Thanks again.

I went into the store looking to buy the Davinci 1.0 but on the recommendation of Mark purchased the Up! Mini. I was a little dubious of the claim that I would be printing within 15 minutes of unpacking the printer but after downloading the software for Mac OS X I had my first print (that took 26 mins) within 45 mins. Id also like to add that this is my first print and printer ever and highly recommend both the Up! Mini and the 3d Printer Superstore.

Just a quick few words to say that I'm very impressed with the print quality of this device. I've had it now for a few months and do not regret purchasing it. Pluses: - Large build area - very sturdy, built well - reliable - print quality in PLA is very good...can't complain (only used PLA so far) - Easy set-up & print bed calibration Minuses: - Documentation could be better. Out of date for the DX2 and lacking detail - feeding/loading the feeder can be tricky Would recommend purchase of this model without hesitation....but then its still early days:)

I decided to get a low end 3D printer to test the water and learn the ropes of 3D modelling and printing . I preferred a printer that would be up and running quickly without the hassles and teething problems of the kit printers. At the current price of the UP Mini, it seemed to fit the bill and although the unit has a relatively small build volume, I thought it would still suit my needs. The unit arrived within 2 business days. I had previously read that there may be some issues with software install and printer driver / OS incompatibilities but my experience was good. Within one hour of opening the box, I had the unit doing it's first test print. A week latter, I have printed about 25 prints while I am teaching myself how to create 3D models. I am very pleased that I chose this unit. It seems very reliable and hassle-free. Would happily recommend this supplier and the UP Mini printer.

Now own an up2 plus and scanner had the printer printing in 35 min have been back for more stock all ready very pleased with what it can do Saving up for a larger format as well

It's all about customer service and the staff here provide excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and I came home with a bunch of handy tips and hints. Love the printer I bought here, the CreateBot DM. The guys gave me clear instructions on how to set it up, and I was up and running within an hour of opening the box. Looking forward to doing more business with these guys.

I recently bought a printer and filament from the store. I am a happy customer and will definitely consider repeat business with 3D Printer Superstore. My overall opinion is of a fairly small operation (as of June 2014) in a very rapidly expanding area where demand often and unpredictably outstrips supply. The website is excellent in all regards. The online chat feature, where I could ask someone from the store questions, was instrumental in my decision to buy, BUT was also necessary since an earlier email with the same questions had not been replied to quickly. The after sales communication was really good and helpful. As year-by-year experience grows I think this will be a great company. I certainly got the impression of enthusiasm for 3D printing and honesty. The only little niggles I had, I expect are due to the newness of the company (I mean there are no old 3D printer shops!), and I would expect, given the attitude I encountered, that service will only get better with time. Spoke to Mark on the phone just now, They've just opened up a store in Collingwood... They sell BOATLOADS of different TYPES of filament! Think I might see if they need workers, cos I'm not going to want to leave!

I just contact the more friendly staff via them chat service. He was very friendly and more then obliged to answer all my curious question about this printer. He gaves me his phone number and even proposed to call me. This company is serious and I feel at home talking to them. I am sure I will buy this printer soon, as I cannot find a more affordable one anywhere else. The representative, his name was Mark, was very professional and his answer very clear and concise. A pure example on should be helpdesk or saledesk in australia. Use the chat on line feature if you are not convinced. I am. So 10/10 for being helpful and honest all the way down the end of my phone call. I can't wait to see this product on my desk.
