All three sauces are beautiful! Star's is really on to something here. Each sauce is unique but carries a complex and balanced flavor that aren't overpowered by heat for heat's sake. Little Green People is so good, I could drink it straight from the bottle. Red Giant is perfect the way the smoke subtly enhances everything I put it on. Martian Rivers is hot, but not so hot to be scared. There is still a lightly sweet flavor that isn't over powered, but balanced by the heat.

Great all-rounder!!
I just finished my first bottle of this smoky wonder and I’m definitely going back for more! Well balanced, hot but not too much and versatile enough to be used on mexican food, korean food, breakfast food, chinese food, you name it! Excellent work on this, happy to have found such a solid daily driver!

It doesn’t matter what flavors you usually like or don’t like. This hot sauce is excellent and totally unique. I don’t usually like sweet flavors as much as savory ones, so I wasn’t sure at first when I saw it was made with kiwi, but the flavors are perfectly balanced, and I am absolutely hooked. The quality is excellent, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Just get it. I think I’m going to finish this bottle faster than any other hot sauce I’ve bought.
