Awful quality, even worse customer service and it quite simply shows that Ella is not able to use a sewing machine or hand sew. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I can suggest cheaper brands with better quality that she has stolen all her designs from. I would say customer service is the worst part of it all? You could imagine it would be like dealing with the CEO of Louis V when really she uses cheap fabric and copied designs. Don’t worth you hassle, don’t waste your money or bad quality products. All previous comments were made by friends and my comment should be deleted soon (as protocol!) but if you need any further information please get in touch! There is a reason she doesn’t work in the fashion industry world and when you FINALLY receive your product you willl understand why. I appreciate the wide hustle, but stick something that is at least you have talent for.

From the quality of the product, to customer service and certainty her inability to actually use a machine or hand sew… PLEASE AVOID. All comments are her friends and fake. I can give a long list of designers she’s copied and better sites to use.but whatever you, don’t shop here. Dealing with Ella alone is probably the worst part of the process when it all goes wrong, and it WILL! I don't usually write reviews but the raw stitch top I ordered was so cute and super high quality! Love these products! Can't wait for more to drop!!
