I bought a fig flip phone on 16/07/2025 for bloody 1450 shekel above all prices when a day after I bought the phone I have found a store in Israel who sales it for 1195 not only this on Aug. 14 2025 less then a month that I bought it the front screen got damaged and I went in to the store what took of me this bloody 1450 and I shoed it for the shop kipper and without a shame he turns out to me and tolled me: "yes no problem for or only 450 shekel we can fixed it" what a sham for us Jews that we get fulled from cellular Israel !

Repeat customer. Never had an an issue and whenever there was 'epes' a hitch, they were gracious about it.

You provided efficient service without any hassle. it was easy to activate the service and after the two years in Eretz Yisroel, more importantly, we were able to cancel with ease. I have had much trouble in the past with other companies in the past with cancelling the service once my children have returned home. Thank you!

Overall, would very much recommend Celluar Israel. Great customer service. Although I will say that there were times that service was not working, but that have been to overall bad coverage in the area. Definitely my first stop before going back again to Israel.

Great customer service, very convenient!

Besides for charging me more then they told me it would cost. Some of the days it didn't work. They also charged my credit card without my authorization. there was no signed papers before allowing them to charge my card. I would not recommend anyone to do business with celluarisreal. ps. I would not give any star.

For our three day trip to the USA we needed three sim cards. Service was punctual, the cards worked immediately on all three phones of different manufacturers and generations. Delivery and afterwards pick up from our home was a big plus. Thank you again.
