This is the first review I have ever written in any capacity, but it would be a grave injustice to Joye and HSE-UAV to not write my first. I purchased a T-30 that was urgently needed perform a project for the PA department of forestry. The freight forwarder never showed up and I was forced to fly to Orlando to pick up the drone at their headquarters. Joye was willing to meet me after midnight to ensure I could drive the drone to Central Pennsylvania overnight for the project. To say her kindness was appreciated would be a massive understatement. Every company strives to provide good customer service, but HSE-UAV redefines the definition of that concept. I personally, and everyone on the AERAS team cannot thank you enough, and there will never be a scenario where we use any supplier other than USE-UAV. Love you Joye and everyone else at HSE-UAV

Met with HSE in February and going down next week for training. Been waiting 10 years to bring drones into our company fleet and this company was definitely the right one to do it for us.

They have been wonderful to work with. When trying to decide which drone best met our needs, we quickly realized HSE-UAV had the best customer service. We also attended the two day training. We gained a wealth of knowledge on how to use the drone we purchased. I highly recommend this great team!
