Feeling GREAT !!
I am so glad I did the 10 Day Reset program. The first 7 days were a little rough, I felt lousy, but I stuck with it. By day 8 my headaches were gone, I had lost 7 pounds, my sugar cravings were almost gone, I felt much better, and the arthritis in my knees was SO MUCH better. After the 10 days I decided to stick with the program, I am now one month out and I have lost 15 pounds and feel AMAZING. I was talking to a co-worker the other day and told her I really think this program has been a life changing experience for me. I have been struggling with arthritis in my knees and for the first time in over a year I can actually walk up and down stairs with very little knee pain! I have been telling my husband that I feel so good physically and mentally that now he has decided to do the program too, he is on day 2.

YOU NEED TO TRY THIS
There is not enough good things I can say about this set of products. My mom and I have followed Dr. Hyman for a couple years now, listening to Podcasts and reading articles. We whole heartedly agree with his views on food as medicine, and what foods we should and should not be eating. We’ve followed his 10 and 21 day detoxes and felt amazing. So when my mom heard about this product, the 10-Day Reset, we decided to try it together. This has been the greatest kick start to 2020 ever. After doing this program, I have seen changes in my body that I couldn’t be happier with. But even more so than that, I FEEL better than I have in a long time. I am a person who has been prone to anxiety my whole life. And I feel into a bad bout right after the holidays. Being sedentary, eating like junk, and post-holiday blues all combined into a storm that was nearly debilitating. My mom encouraged me to try this, and get back into working out (my entire life I’ve been a very athletic person) The structured nature of this program really forced me to be accountable for what I was putting into my body. I really enjoyed all the supplements, and already drank protein shakes daily; so this was easy for me to stick to. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt, and it happened right away. The sleep supplement, in particular, helped me get such restful sleep. I felt great and refreshed waking up every day. And I had ton of energy to put into my workouts. I can’t say enough good things about this program, and I will definitely be doing this again. Thank you, Dr. Hyman, for helping give us all a “reset” button for our health and well-being.
