Item missing from order when received. No response from Customer Services contact. Telephoned company and gave requested order number so missing item could be sent but never heard anything more and item was never received. Having to take matter further. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

The link of returning product doesn't work. Emailed the staff in charge Alex for returning the two Apple Earphones as the quality of the earphone was not good. After Alex replied asking for the order number and what's wrong with the product I never got a reply from him at all. Didn't plan to leave the review but I'm not happy with the purchase.
