i have purchased a TCEK swivel chair for almost $100 and really liked it until i broke at the base after only 5 uses. I have been trying for 2 weeks sending emails to try to see if is under warrantee there is a phone number listed on the web site but it does not work. i am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the ability to call someone for information regarding repair or replacement. if you have one of their chairs good luck trying to reach someone if you have any problems...
