Delicious and creamy! Perfect for snacking with crackers and fruit! Just the right amount of dill flavor. Not overpowering at all. Expertly balanced flavors.

The chive roll has the perfect amount of tang thanks to the expertly cultured cashew base. The chives give it a wonderful herby, savory flavor that worked great on my charcuterie board with Wasa thin crisp sesame crackers. Its smooth texture makes it perfect for spreading. Catalyst Creamery has the BEST vegan cheezes and I've tried a lot of different brands over the years. Highly recommend!

This was my first time trying this flavor and I really liked it. The truffle wasn't too strong if that's something you're worried about. Sometimes truffle can be a bit much but this was great. So creamy, too!

This is one of my ultimate favorite flavors from Catalyst. It's so creamy and the flavor is addicting and I could probably eat the whole log in one sitting!

Catalyst makes the best cheeses. I used to love Muenster before I went vegan, and this hemp version is incredible!

This is by far the creamiest log I've had and it was gone in a day! It is mild and the chives give it a fresh, little bite. I need longer logs, please :-)
