I am having the same problem as some of these other reviews - Placed an order over three weeks ago, money has been taken from my account but order has not been sent yet. Emailed customer service 3-4 times, no response. Messaged on Insta but no response as well. Money has been taken out my account!!

I HAVE SEND YOU NUMERUS EMAILS AND MESSAGES THAT I CANT COMPLETE MY PURCHASES BECAUSE MY COUNTRY IS NOT ON YOUR COUNTRY LIST! BUT YOU STILL SEND ME NEWSLETTERS WITH DISCOUNT COUPONS THAT I CANT USE ! PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM AND INFORM ME .

Putting one star not to say 0. I have ordered a pair 2 weeks ago, still no signs of the glasses, no dispatch information (yet on the site they say it ships within 2 days LIES), suprisingly the money has been taken from my account. I emailed their customer service last week, Someone said it was "odd" that my glasses had not yet dispatched and they would be in touch. You guessed it, never got an email with an update on what's going on. I have been since emailing numerous times, asking for an update urgently and asking for managers to get back to me. Still no email. They tell you their delay in responding is longer due to working from home during the pandemic. Guess what? I work in customer service too, and from home, our customer have not seen any difference in our answer time turnover. Monitor your staff!!! I'm furious, they are stealing from people. They want to be this well-known brand, using celebrities for their marketing campaigns, well let me tell you there is 0 customer service, and 0 glasses delivered to my door, yet I'm a paying customer. Will take this furthter if i don't hear back.

I don't know anything about my order
On August 21, I placed an order for two pairs of sunglasses from the Bomer Benzo collection and after waiting 10 days and having sent an email, which they have not replied, I did not know anything about the shipment and I have not received anything and also the purchase does not appear in my orders history. It's all a shame

Love these Glasses, they are perfect, very suttle and classy, my Children love them. Very femanine. Brilliant for the bright light and Sun protection, would recommend these to all my Family & Friends.
