I was using another product from your company, the I U eye firming gel which has been discontinued. This new product replacement does not go the job nearly as well. I am very disappointed and wondering why the ICU was discontinued, it was great!

I am a veteran Medical Spa Owner and came across your brand. I went online and ordered 2x Lip Glaze products a Sachet of the Vegan Skincare line and a shampoo bar. My intent was to sell these items in my own Spa as a gifting idea and also to be able to offer a Vegan Skincare alternative to my own line. I have a 140 sku Skincare line myself ; however do not offer a Vegan option. When I received my order, I was delighted with the Shampoo Bar, a little small for the price; it does not produce enough product in the hands to produce an effective amount of product on the scalp and hair. I did enjoy the scent and it rinsed well with a nice conditioned feeling afterwards. I only received 1x of the Lip Glaze, I assume you were sold out of the other colour. I will be checking my Invoice to see if I was charged the one or both. I was expecting both to arrive. The Vegan Skincare samples sizes were very small, I barely got 1 week's worth of use to evaluate them. If I was selling them as a travel size they would be too small for a client travelling for a 2-week vacation. Sadly enough, 2 of the sample pump bottles did not work at all. I had to use a small applicator to get the product out. This is a quality issue with your packaging. Overall for what I paid and what I received, I was very disappointed.
