I ordered 2 pictures - A1 and A2 - as I thought they are better overall than canvasses. The service was quick and they were delivered in 2 days of my order. However, both had errors. But, I contacted Terry who was very apologetic about it and arranged to have them returned and offered replacements or a refund. I opted to have replacements as I do like the pictures. Again, the service was extremely quick although was delayed because of the Christmas period. The new ones came and are ideal. Even though this may seem critical and concentrating on the errors, it is not. I am highlighting the excellent customer service given to me by Terry. You only know when customer service is good when there is a problem that needs to be rectified. I would absolutely recommend buying from here. Do be aware that the pictures you see on the website are not quite as vivid and glossy as they look on screen. Unfortunately screens can make things look brighter and shinier than in reality. That is not a fault of the company, simply screen reprsentation of pictures.

This was for an order of 6 for my office, depicting and story of certain peoples drive and passion for what they had put themselves through in life. I opened the very well packaged and heavy box and well, the first one just took my breath away. The pictures were good regardless but the colour and shading this company achieves just makes them standout perfectly. My wife and I desperately wanted to look at each and every one but also take the time to soak in the impact that each one makes on you. Amazing job, oh and thicker metal than expected, beautifully wrapped. Will be back. Thank you. As a side note, I have one other metal picture came as a present. It came from a well known company in this market but it’s not even close to the quality of these ones!

Metal Plate Pictures provided me with an excellent service. Website was simple to use and a nice price for an A3 custom print plate. Unfortunately I forgot to attach the image, but they got in contact with me the next day (I placed the order in the evening) to let me know and we got it sorted out. The plate arrived a couple of days later, well packaged, and in perfect condition. The print quality is very good and the panel is nice to handle. We haven't mounted it on the wall yet but the magnet and the mount seem to be very strong.
