No more Melatonin!
My two step daughters have all used Melatonin for years and it never seemed to really help them. I tried a sample of Liquid sleep for two months and it worked wonders on the girls. All the family now uses Liquid sleep and we get a restful night's sleep. We usually put it on about 30 minutes before bed on our wrists and behind our ears.

Out of all the scents, Mood Lifter is my partner and I’s favorite. It never fails to cheer us up and she takes one to her work everyday! The smell is not too overwhelming and is perfect for people with sensitive noses, like my fiancé. My favorite part has to be the crystals inside each bottle and the crystals you receive as a bonus with each purchase!! It’s so pretty :)
