I was incredibly impressed with the customer service from Guitar Pro Shops. They shipped me an instrument from their shop, and were just so easy to work with from day one. They respond to telephone/text/email really quickly and are just really on top of everything. I get frustrated working with big shops, but at Guitar Pro Shops they really care about their customers. Definitely go check these guys out!

I came in to the shop and i was unsure of what I wanted. Chris helped me out. He was very patient, down to earth. I go in to get my strings now. Talk music and play with some of the new guitars.
