Kickstand broke
Bought a new case for my galaxy s21 ultra. Kickstand broke within a week. Had multiple zizo cases all been really good. The support team offered me a $10 store credit as compensation since they stopped making it for the 21 ultra. You can't buy anything for $10 and you don't make a case for my phone anymore. Really disappointed with their resolution & how this was handled. Probably my last zizo case.

I love this speaker I got it at Metro PCS in casa grande Arizona as a reward for upgrading to a new phone along with a fast charger block to go along with the cable that came with the phone. This speaker has a microphone for karaoke this speaker is awesome j can't wait till it chargers up so I can test it out

This is a fake
I bought Tempered Glass. It never tells you or informs the client about the length and all the evidence that is requested for the claim to proceed. And then it asks you to pay for shipping and handling. When you pay a lot for screen protection equipment, in my case 19.99, because the disk has a lifetime warranty. Plus add 9.99 for shipping another one. You know how much you are going to pay every time you wear that Screen tempered for life. More expensive than the same cell phone and if you really keep replacing it, you will have to replace the dial for life. He won't fool me again.

Warranty/ quality
Don't deal with this company. They don't stand with their "lifetime warranty" items I purchased broke with in a week. Now dealing with their warranty. It is a hassle plus shipping fees.

Zizo warranty
Zizo has a good product, but after a yr or two they no longer support there older cases. So you can not get a replacement or warranty fix. Basically there lifetime warranty (that cost you shipping and handling) is worthless. Don't count on getting your case fixed or replaced under warranty unless it's before they discontinue that model.

Disappointed
I bought a new phone with the Bolt g Pure case less than a month ago and the clip broke first then the case. I registered and after all that they aren't going to refund my 65 dollar plus , phone case. I won't be buying another one from them. I think it's sad, I really liked the case.

Horrible service
Got a new wireless earbuds by gift and the charging one side is not working. I Contact service center but they asked a shipping fee $10 for me to pay. Unbelievable. It is a new product and defective one and i should pay the shipping fee??? Will not highly recommend of this brand/company on how they provide service.

Warranty
I had purchased 2 screen protectors and paid full price originally. I filed a claim summited the photos of both receipts and screen protectors. However when I submitted the claim they gave me one screen protector which I had to pay shipping on which is bs. Also told me that the 2nd screen protector would be covered as well and gave me the code. It didn't take the code and made me pay full price. I requested a refund and was told that one I received the protector they would issue the credit. However when I reached back out the then proceeded to tell me they rejected issuing the credit. Not happy and I don't feel that I should have paid full price or even had to pay for the shipping. Whats the point of the warranty if they don't take care of it with all of the required documents.

I can't believe that suggesting a 70% discount on buying another one after the first product bought went out in me DUE TO THEM. I highly recommend going through a company that takes more pride in their work AND THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I bought a case on Amazon and it broke. I contacted ZIZO about a warranty replacement using the contact feature on the website. I received a prompt response. I paid only for shipping and received the replacement in a few days.

Terrible company Paid $50 for a case with screen protector, broke after a week. Contacted them and they said they had discountinued that specific one. I was offer $10 store credit when I paid $50. Would not recommend this company. And will no longer use

I payed the 10 dollar shipping fee for the item, cause the warranty only covers the item. After a few days I decided to check and see if my order was shipped out. I pressed track my order, and it says the order was cancelled. I didn’t cancel the order, the payment was taken out so there was no reason for it to be cancelled on my end. When I reached out about this issue the person said “the refund is issued on our end check your bank statement.” Totally ignoring the fact that I was asking why it was cancelled in the first place.

Will charge you for shipping on warranty but offer free shipping on here load of bulls with their products their cheap and can buy cheaper from other sellers that actually hold up to their warranty and have great customer service you don't have to jump through hoops

a life guarantee disguise
What kind of guarantee is that if I have to pay $ 13 for a product that did not measure up and apart from that the store sold it to me for $ 24 and I found out that Amazon is $ 11 with free shipping. I feel cheated

So a few months back I I'm awesome zizo Thunders love the product that was great so then I turned around and I bought the zizo 10 A couple months later and it quit working so I contacted them and they acted like they were gonna honor the warranty they gave me a code for the site when I was back in socks to order it completely free and I pay shipping which was great I will review telling how great they were how they should be on their product so today is finaly so today is fine man's sock and I tried to order it Well my code has gotten Austin email so I contacted them and they offer me the zeal the zizo 8 And add a discount cost So I told the guy look you honored your warranty on the Z10 and gave me a code to get it for free off the site and now you're going to insult me to insult me by offering me zizo 8 at a discount cost How are you going to insult me like that how are you not going to stand behind what your company says especially to loyal customers And all of a sudden he cut me off on the conversation and ended it but There's other ways around that like the Better Business Bureau especially since I got all the evidence This bad word-of-mouth is gonna cost you more than wanna cost you just to honor your word and say 2 to a loyal customer customer and replace my Z10 for free Not only that but I own 3 other your speakers are still going in the garbage because I won't buy things from a company who 1st off don't stand behind the product 2nd off lie to their customers and 3rd in short me by offering me less of a speaker at less of a discount when it was already agreed upon did what I would get my original speaker all I had to do is pay shipping Well good luck with your company because doing things like that I don't see you staying in business very long at all I spent a $189 on the ten And now you want to offer me a $139 speaker you're at a discount price when your lifetime guarantee on that speaker has already been honored Sorry but that's not the way it works you los...
