The blended single estate black tea is the best tea on the planet! Yes, it took two months to arrive, but I am NOT disappointed. After all, it is coming from the other side of said planet. I placed my order and it arrived in very good shape at a very cheap price to ship. Time? I calculated that it came faster than another package within the USPS North America. Also: no extra charge for money exchange. and much cheaper than eBay. I wish you had a distributor in the USA, but I just made a bigger order. Keep up the good work and the excellent Tea!

I had made an order however I received only the payment confirmation and nothing else. I am trying for a week to get in contact with the customer service about the status of my order but no one is replying. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED and UNRELIABLE !!!

Honestly the site is much better. Didn't like the old layout as it had to much going on and for someone who just want to buy it was all to much. love the new layout though ... now wish that you guys improve on customer service as its near impossible to get through......

Honestly wasn't happy with the previous site as it was to complicated and had alot which as a returning customer wasn't needed.
