I have bought this UV light for many years and have had no problems with it. Companny handling and shipping is excellent and reliable.

The bulb sent to me had a piece of broken ceramic. It was sent to me that way because there were no pieces in the container it was sent in. It seems to be working but disappointed in your lack of quality control.

I received the UV light exactly when it was supposed to arrive. The service representative was courteous and knowledgeable.
