I was so excited for this. I love merino, and I love natural Eco-friendly materials and supporting businesses like this. But I’ve been disappointed with this. Where my knees lay on it, after a day or two, the merino wool starts to separate. When I unzip the cover and the inside cover to reconnect the merino wool so it’s fluffy and sturdy in that spot again, the zipper keeps getting stuck and jammed on the merino wool. That’s my biggest complaint.

It took a while for it to arrive, but the customer service is wonderful to communicate proactively about the shipping delays and I'm glad that I finally received it a few days ago. It is well worth the wait! The fabric is nice and soft, it really has a luxurious feeling to it. The wool makes the pillow soft but also supportive. I like my pillow!
