What an absolutely dreadful company. There is no way of cancelling or pausing a subscription online and they will not respond to messages sent via their online form or email. So their whole page regarding subscriptions is a complete and utter lie. They even ship orders you have explicitly told them to cancel, so I will now have to refuse delivery. I have had to resort to raising a dispute with my bank to prevent them from taking any further money. I am now investigating raising a complaint with Trading Standards if I do not receive my money back within a 7 days. Do NOT use this company!
