What can i say about bugznbitz besides the fact they are actually wonderful! Whenever i have had questions i have had brilliant, quick responses. When i needed something next day they even went out of their way to accommodate this need by adding a 24 hour track delivery option in the checkout before i placed my order! My order came packaged beautifully and there was even a couple of gifts in there, including a snail pin badge! Thank you bugznbits, 11/10, would never shop anywhere else for my snail supplies

Brilliant all round!
Couldn’t be happier. To date I’ve had 10 various snails ( complete with hatch dates, where possible and different requirements) + a quantity of various foods. Today I received 3 thorny back crabs, with care sheet included. All livestock has been in excellent condition and beautifully and thoughtfully packed. The foods are good quality and loved by all! Also excellent and helpful communication. Can thoroughly recommend.

Giant African land snails - achatina achatina silver/grey foot, achatina reticulate albino, rainbow millipedes, smokey oak millipedes - all arrived 31/05/2019 at 10:21am, all alive and well in excellent condition, packed excellent. Heated Set up and two Pink Lipped Achatina plus woodlice and springtails , all arrived safely , set up ok temp ok and snails already eaten. Packaged extremely well and postman was curious lol. Thankyou

I recently bought an enclosure, two snails and a pack of supplies from both this website & the eBay page. My order was sent to me in a tidy box, carefully packed and within 24 hours. My snails are in beautiful shape, they came out of their transport box and immediately started eating & being active. Their shells show signs that they have been well taken care of & I couldn't be happier. My enclosure was built well & I have zero complaints there. I appreciate all the effort gone into getting my order completed and sent to me - and for answering my email very quickly when I had a question. :) My *only* 'complaint', which isn't really important - is that I was only told after I'd paid for everything, that I'd be able to get a shipping discount if I let them ship my items together... It's a bit late telling me I can have a discount when I've already paid & even when I agreed there was no sign of this shipping discount. It's okay though - Overall the experience of buying from this website was pleasant. Thank you. :)
