When I first used Zholistics it was after an accident I had that caused me to have severe anxiety. When drinking the anxiety tea it did help calm my nerves and relaxed me. It also gave me a soothing feel. I used this daily til I ran out and would recommend to anyone who has anxiety and wanted to try something that didn’t require medication. Also the tea could be drank hot or cold but I prefer hot and unlike most tea’s it had a really good taste. 10/10 recommend

I got the herbal blend from my grandson, he made me a gallon of the tea and I drank it daily. I have poor eyesight and receive eye injections monthly, for years I have been told by doctors that I have pressure in my eyes as well as liquid in each one. I also have pain of opening my eye and certain eye movements when I wake up. After two months of drinking this tea, my doctor told me the pressure has gone down for the first time in years and all of the liquid in my eyes was drained, I also no longer have pain when opening my eyes in the morning. I can only accredit this to this herbal blend! I will continue to drink the tea and hope to see even more results!

I am not usually an anxious person, I only tried it to see if I would experience anything. I realized I do have anxiety. The next day after drinking this I was so calm and collected, not worried as I usually am, speaking out in class and everything. It also gave me some great sleep and i woke up energized. Honestly shocked at this tea.

I took this for 3 days straight and I beat my cold, I am usually sick for weeks at a time so I was surprised! I still have my whole bag left, but want to try more flavors once I run out
