Order from anywhere else. If you like overpriced damaged furniture, this is the place for you. They delivered a dresser that was scratched and dented. When I asked them to replace it, they said “if you received a car with a broken windshield, they wouldn’t replace it!” There are hundreds of different options to chose from. Spare yourself from a headache to come if you are considering Newport Cottages.

Stay Away - Bad company
All new parents should take their hard earned money elsewhere. This company does not stand behind their products. Our furniture was shipped to us by a company selected by Newport Cottages and arrived damaged. Newport Cottages asked that we allow a repairmen into our home DURING COVID, which we did. When the repairman issued a report saying the furniture needed to be replaced, Newport disputed the report and refused to replace the product. The retail point of sale also cannot get anywhere with this company and even dealt with Pockets directly. I am left having spent thousands for badly damaged furniture that ruins my little girl's room and a company that won't call back the retail store or me. STAY AWAY.
