We recently purchased their private label Ruby Firm California King. We love this mattress! Soft but firm. Neither of us wake up in pain, just well rested. Colton at the Orem store was very knowledgeable and not pushy. They worked with us to get the mattress delivered the same day that our other furniture was being delivered. We came in on a whim while we were out furniture shopping not sure what we would find. The salesperson (uncomissioned) was knowledgeable and receptive to our preferences in showing us mattresses - he definitely had a favorite but quickly moved on when he saw it wasn't for us. They had a wide a selection including their own brand which is what we opted for and have slept well on for the past month.
